Loan Calculator Pro is an easy to use financial calculator. Within seconds, you will be able to calculate the monthly payment for different types of fixed rate loans such as home mortgage, auto, and credit card. You can calculate "what if" scenarios to determine how additional monthly and yearly payment will help you to pay off your loan earlier and save money in interest. In addition, you can use Loan Calculator Pro to track all your extra payments at any amount and at any point in the life of your loan.
Loan Calculator Pro goes a step further and lets you save and organize your various loans in the Favorites list so you do not have to enter the information over each time. Special attention was also given to the user interface to make it as clean, intuitive, and easy to use as possible.

- How do I calculate the monthly payment for a loan?
Click on the 'Calculator' button, then enter the loan amount, number of years or months in the lenght field, and the interest rate. Click on the 'Done' button and the monthly loan amount will be calculated instantly for you.
- How do I enter the percent interest using the numeric keypad?
The answer is best explained by examples. To enter "6.125" as the interest rate, just key in "6", "1", "2", and "5". The application will automatically enter the decimal point for you. To enter an interest with just 2 decimal places such as "6.25", key in "6", "2", "5" and "0". The interest rate field will display "6.250".
- How do I save a loan?
To save a loan, click on the 'Save As New' button on the bottom. Then enter a name for the loan and click on the 'Save' button.
- How do I view the list of saved loan?
Click on the 'Favorites' button to view the loans you have saved.
- How do I view the Amortization table?
To view the amortization table for a loan, click on the 'Schedule' button on the bottom right. The application will then display the payment schedule for the loan.
- How can I update an existing loan?
To update an existing loan, click on the 'Favorites' button and select a loan you want to update. Then click on 'Calculator' button and update one or more fields for the loan. Finally, click on the 'Update' button to complete the operation.
